Dating from the Victorian era, The Highland has been built in the grand scale. The Hotel has been sympathetically modernised throughout and retains many of the original features including open fireplaces and wood panelling.
Fort William is an excellent centre for touring the West of Scotland. Loch Ness, Fort Augustus, the Isle of Skye and the Great Glen can all be comfortably visited on day excursions.
