"Booked this over the internet at a great price. Stayed there with my wife and 2 small children (1 and 4) and were given a family room with double, and bunks which worked out really well and it overlooked the Loch - bonus :-) On arrival the reception staff were really good (and continued to be throughout our stay)..."
