Marino is a modern lodge with traditional Highland features combined with comfortable accommodation. Set in its own 4,500 acre estate, where you are free to walk, and surrounded by the beautiful scenic area of the Scottish West Highlands, the lodge offers some of Scotland’s most spectacular scenery, with sea views out to the Inner Isles. It is situated just off “The Road to the Isles”, the A830 from the Inverness-shire town of Fort William to the port of Mallaig. Modern, snug and warm and is the perfect holiday lodge for guests who hanker after room to roam and is a perfect base for discovering the real Highlands.
There is lots to do in the area, with numerous sandy beaches and secret coves to explore in the immediate vicinity but also plenty to do a little further afield. Golf, walking, cycling, clay pigeon shooting, stalking and fishing can all be enjoyed nearby. With Marino Lodge as a touring base Loch Ness, The Isle of Skye, Ardnamurchan and Oban are all a comfortable day out. Also nearby is the West Highland Line, which is now more famed for the Hogwarts Express and the famous Glenfinnan viaduct from the Harry Potter films is less than 15 miles away.
