To be fair it doesn’t happy all that often, but weeks of wall to wall sunshine are not unheard of at this time of year in Fort William and Lochaber. To celebrate (and hopefully not jinx it!) we’ve put a brief selection of things to do that make the most of the sunshine… but there’s plenty more to choose from!

There’s pubs with great beer gardens to drink in the views and great ales, and of course plenty of natural beauty in the Great Outdoors! What could be better than a hike up Ben Nevis with views for miles around, or for a less energetic excursion see some great sights from the Nevis Range gondola.
