Lochaber Leisure Centre, situated in Fort William, is one of the largest leisure facilities in the Highlands offering leisure opportunities for every member of the family. From parent and toddler sessions to Zumba classes, you can come and participate in various activities in a friendly and customer focused facility.
Fitness Room
We have a newly refurbished fitness room, incorporating 33 pieces of new Technogym state of the art cardiovascular machines and 20 resistance machines. All machines are easy to use and allow you to watch TV, listen to the Radio and listen to your own IPod or MP3 Player. Everyone using the equipment for the first time will be given a short induction to demonstrate and explain how the equipment operates.
Exercise Studio
Our new exercise studio programme includes Spinfit, Boxercise, Circuits, Aerobics and Zumba. We are looking to introduce Tai Chi and Adult Ballet in the coming months
Swimming
The facility also includes a 6 lane, 25m swimming pool and a smaller Hydrotherapy Pool. There are a variety of sessions available within the two pools including early morning lane swimming, family friendly sessions, swimming lessons, fun hours, mobility sessions and adult sessions.
